I feel like it would be difficult to completely eliminate fake news. You would have to have someone or a system monitoring and censoring everything, all the social media networks and websites. I think it'll be impossible for a single person to do. It might work with a big group of people but you would have to make sure these people are unbiased. If there where a machine or program that can fact check things so it's easier to sort whats real and what's fake, it could work. I am questioning the clarity of your statement "In other words, by removing or adding material to a form of media you can create something new. Photos, songs, artwork, and videos can all be remixed." Can you add a bit more detail of how media can be altered? Give examples.
