First, you should make sure that you have a good online presence. You can check that by Googling yourself. Start with your name, nickname, or initials. Then you can add your hometown, hobbies, school, or job. If you run into something you don't like posted about you online you can ask for it to be taken down. After you get rid of what you don't like you can start adding in positive material. You can start off with a blog or website as your foundation. It's important to establish a website to link everything you do. Having things link back to your homepage is important. Search engines count links, the more you link backs you have, the more likely it is your site will appear first on a search list. It's good to have a picture that represents you on your foundation site and all other account, it will help build your online identity. You shouldn't use social media as your base since you can't fully control what happens there. Being a positive member of an online community can help build your online brand. Make sure the things you do online reflect how you want to be seen
2. State, Elaborate, Exemplify and Illustrate the thesis of the paragraph.
The point of this paragraph is to teach you how to build a positive foundation so you can have a great online presence.
In other words, in order to have a good online presence you need a good foundation, like a website or blog. Your foundation should not be a social media account! You should make sure everything is linked by to you base website/blog.
For example, most companies have a main website and all their social media account have links to their website on them.
The purpose of the assignment is to understand how to create a positive online presence with a strong foundation.
The key question at the heart of the assignment is "what will you do to create a strong foundation for a positive online presence?"

I feel like it would be difficult to completely eliminate fake news. You would have to have someone or a system monitoring and censoring everything, all the social media networks and websites. I think it'll be impossible for a single person to do. It might work with a big group of people but you would have to make sure these people are unbiased. If there where a machine or program that can fact check things so it's easier to sort whats real and what's fake, it could work.
